Making Placer County a great place to live, work and play

This website is dedicated to the Placer County Parks and Trails Master Plan Project. Here you’ll find everything from updates on the project, upcoming events, presentations, and opportunities to provide input.

In 2021, the Draft Placer County Parks and Trails Master Plan was updated to reflect the updated Hidden Falls Regional Park Trails Expansion Project. Throughout 2021, comments were received from the public and Partner Agencies. And a Final Draft of the plan was made available to the public on January 17, 2022.

The Parks Commission met February 10 and made a recommendation of support for the Final Draft of the Plan to the Board of Supervisors with changes as presented to the Commission .

The Plan, with revisions, will be presented to the Board of Supervisors May 24, 2022.
